Madelyn and Forrest are one of those couples that just make your heart melt. The way they love each other is so genuine and deep, you can feel it from the moment you meet them. They’re kind, thoughtful, and have such a peaceful presence together.
Their wedding day at Primrose Cottage in Roswell, Georgia was the perfect reflection of who they are: simple, elegant, timeless, and full of love.

Forrest serves in the military, and he was deployed for most of their engagement. The strength and grace Madelyn showed during that time was incredible. She planned such a stunning day while he was away, and it all came together so beautifully. When they were finally reunited and surrounded by all their closest family and friends, it was truly something special to witness.
Madelyn’s inspiration for the day came from Lunden and Olivia’s iconic wedding — classic and understated in the best way. She absolutely nailed it! Her gown from Beckers Bridal, a Nicole + Felicia design, had the most timeless silhouette — minimal and elegant, letting her natural beauty shine. She paired it with a simple veil, delicate jewelry, and white slingback flats with a touch of sparkle.

The floral design, created by the Primrose Cottage design team, was soft and romantic with white and green tones. Each table had medium-sized arrangements surrounded by votives, and the long head table was layered with florals, candle sticks, and a warm glow that made the entire reception space feel so inviting.

We created so many classic portraits throughout the day, the kind that never go out of style. I photographed a lot of film during their wedding, and it was such a perfect choice for the clean, simple color palette and timeless atmosphere. Every frame felt like something out of an old family album in the best possible way.
Madelyn and Forrest’s family and friends were incredible, too. You could tell how deeply loved they are by everyone around them. From the heartfelt ceremony to the joyful dance floor, it was one of those days that felt effortless from start to finish.

Madelyn and Forrest, thank you for letting me capture such a meaningful day in your lives. I feel so lucky to have been a small part of it.
