There’s something really special about photographing a styled shoot that feels as heartfelt and joyful as a real wedding day. This one, planned and designed by Bread and Butter Events, was just that. Set at Arden’s, the owner of Bread and Butter, childhood home: a stunning private estate in Milton, Georgia. Every detail felt deeply personal and beautifully intentional.
Our couple, Macie and Cole, couldn’t have been sweeter. They’ve been married for two years, but their chemistry is still electric. They laughed easily, moved naturally together, and made every frame feel genuine. It’s always such a gift to photograph two people so connected, it makes the entire shoot come alive.
Arden from Bread and Butter Events dreamed up an elegant design that perfectly balanced timeless Southern charm with a fresh, romantic energy. The florals by Petal Plug, were nothing short of breathtaking—lush pink roses, artfully placed fruit, and flickering candlelight created the dreamiest tablescape. Every detail felt soft, luxurious, and full of life.
Macie wore a stunning gown sourced from Dalliance Gown Rentals, featuring a classic silhouette that fit the romantic estate setting perfectly. It moved beautifully in the evening light and added just the right touch of old-world sophistication. Her hair was done by Ester Kwon and her makeup was done by Catherine Rippy.
For this shoot, I photographed on 35mm film, and 120 film. I could not believe how the colors turned out!
This shoot was a reminder of why I love what I do: documenting beauty, connection, and artistry coming together in one place.
